Try disconnecting and reconnecting your Strava account in the settings. Ensure you've granted the necessary permissions.
We only sync activities classified as skiing or snowboarding. Make sure your Strava activities have the correct sport type.
Currently we support a specific list of resorts. Contact us if you'd like us to add your favorite mountain!
